Job Description：
- Software Maintenance: Installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of IT equipment operating systems (Windows/Linux/macOS), office software, tools, and application software.
- Hardware Maintenance: Routine inspection and troubleshooting of company IT equipment, including fault detection, parts replacement, and equipment repair.
- Network Maintenance: Management of company access layer and desktop network operations, including on-site inspection of network equipment, monitoring, network fault assistance, and temporary office network cabling.
- Meeting System Maintenance: Management of company meeting systems, primarily responsible for general fault handling and hardware fault reporting.
- Assset Management: Management of company-related assets, including inspection, distribution, recovery, and inventory operations.
- IT Service Desk: Handling online and offline IT service desk tickets, following up on processing, and optimizing the service knowledge base.
- Public Cloud Maintenance: Resource lifecycle management at the IAAS layer for public clouds like AWS and Azure, with DevOps development capabilities and routine troubleshooting skills (preferred).
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assisting with temporary tasks assigned by the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of IT desktop support experience. Familiarity with the working principles and internal structure of computer hardware, such as printers.
- Proficient in common operations and troubleshooting skills for computer operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux).
- Skilled in the installation and troubleshooting of common office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong service awareness and sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic daily communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Experience in network maintenance and relevant certifications.
- AWS and Azure engineer certifications are a plus.
- Experience in IT service support for medium to large global enterprises is preferred.
