Manager-Product and Launch Excellence (APAC)

We are looking for a proactive and assertive individual to drive APAC go-to-market execution, optimize pricing and performance, generate roadmap insights from market intelligence, and represent regional operational needs in global product strategy while overseeing servicing and cross-functional support.

What you will do

• Lead precise go-to-market planning, including forecasting, pricing, execution readiness, and performance optimization

• Monitor product performance and proactively adjust plans to maximize launch and in-market success

• Manage pricing strategy by tracking ASP trends, addressing deviations, and identifying short-term commercial opportunities

• Generate roadmap intelligence by consolidating commercial insights and servicing data to optimize portfolio and lifecycle decisions

• Represent regional operational needs in global discussions and partner closely with the Head of Product Management to shape strategic priorities

• Oversee product servicing and commercial support across APAC, resolving cross-functional issues and leading coordination and communications.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle management, or commercial execution

• Good project management capabilities with a structured, detail-oriented approach

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated comfort working in ambiguous environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Advantageous to have:

• Experience operating within complex or matrixed organizations

• Familiarity with hearing care, healthcare, or other technical product categories
