Preschool Educator

Job Summary

You will lead a preschool class, delivering lessons and activities aligned with our curriculum to nurture children’s development from Nursery to K2 levels. You will create a safe, engaging learning environment and collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons and activities according to the preschool curriculum to promote children’s learning and development
• Design and prepare teaching materials and learning centre activities to enhance engagement and educational outcomes
• Organize and maintain a structured, pleasant classroom environment that supports effective learning
• Plan and coordinate events such as graduation concerts and excursions to enrich children’s experiences
• Implement and monitor safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of children and the centre environment
• Provide regular, detailed developmental updates and maintain comprehensive developmental portfolios for each child
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to communicate children’s progress and address parental concerns
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with parents to facilitate timely feedback and support children’s well-being
