Public Affairs Administrative Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
• Perform routine administrative duties, such as receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, managing document archives, and booking travel arrangements.
• Receive and assist visiting clients and partners, liaise with other companies, and provide professional reception services.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes.
• Assist with other temporary tasks related to public and administrative affairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience. Experience in corporate overseas expansion is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore’s administrative processes and local culture.
• Excellent communication skills. Possesses strong professional ethics and etiquette, capable of representing the company’s image.
• Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office and relevant administrative tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to handle tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of work.
