beautiful Scandinavian-inspired decor and plenty of seating, making it a great place to work or relax. It's also conveniently located near a restroom. The Archipelago Cold Brew is punchier and more robust than Starbucks cold brew, so it's a perfect choice for coffee lovers who prefer a stronger roast. I highly recommend this cafe and will definitely be back again.

Came over for quick coffee/ tea and muffin. We had the Iced Sumatra coffee, English breakfast and blueberry muffin. Everything was served within 2 min of ordering. The staff was sanitising the tables and keeping hygiene check.
I think it's a good place for a quick bite.

Coffee and tea is okay, a little too sweet for me.
Staff are friendly despite having a queue and many orders.
Place can get quite stuffy and a little hot during lunch peak hours, hard to get a seat. Its packed till full house on weekdays during lunch hours.

Their coffee beans are really good and you can taste that in their coffee. I used to order cappuccinos and 95% they served it hot and strong. And the coffee aroma lingered in the whole car. One does not need to have an extra shot. Have not tested their food so this review is solely for coffee.

It's a nice place to take a break. It's gets noisy during lunch time but other than that its quiet. I like to their Tumeric Latte and Lemon Grass Ice Tea. For their cakes, tried the red velvet cake. It's sinful because of the cream, otherwise it tastes good. Prices are reasonable and location is convenient as Tai Seng MRT is just at the basement.

Huggs Coffee at Tai Seng: Your reliable caffeine haven in the area. Expect consistently well-crafted coffee, from classic lattes to seasonal specials, with a noticeable attention to detail. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and relaxed, offering comfortable seating for various needs. Service is efficient and friendly. Beyond coffee, they offer decent pastries and light bites.
Overall, a solid choice for quality coffee and a pleasant ambiance in Tai Seng.

Service was great! Ryan is a real gem here. He was helpful and detailed in choosing a brew as their hot Sumatran (read local) coffees and teas aren't available after 5.30pm. The cold Masala tea was yummy despite not being able to adjust sweetness as it was premixed at 6.30pm when I ordered. Also had the carrot cake heated with was lovely with bit of fruit embedded if you leave off the too sweet butter cream like layer on top. All in all a very pleasant evening tea break.

I limit myself 1 cup of coffee per week and usually I go to Alchemist Tai Seng.. but today their milk steamer machine is down and they don't serve hot latte. No choice but to try out Huggs coffee nearby and it is just mediocre.

Bought a cup of teh c less sweet but the taste turned out to be tasteless, no presence of tea.
Requested for a new cup and it tasted the same. The person in charge simply used the same pot of tea to brew.
Simply couldn’t make it.
They shouldn’t have included tea in their menu when water tastes better.

Located at 18 tai Seng.
It’s a straightforward coffee place to go before heading to work.
Had the caffe latte with oat milk. $6.50
The coffee is undoubtedly good as it’s the nutty and thick milky type with oat milk. Oat milk adds to the fragrance as well.
What does disappoint is the lack of option for different sizes of coffee and the takeaway portion is sadly not a full cup. I understand it may be to prevent overflow but less then 3/4 cup is not acceptable.
Other than that, it’s a solid coffee place.
