Extremely rude lady serving at the front counter for dim sum bao and drinks. Ordered a plate of chwee kueh, after serving, Ive requested for chill and she immediately responded , if want chilli must say earlier, then very reluctantly added the chilli and pass it back to me not even want to look at me and straight away ask next customer what do you want? [ in Mandarin, 要辣椒,要讲的。。。! ] . She was also eating her bread while serving during lunch hour. To be honest, chilli will be served or ask everytime we order from the counter, this is common. Otherwise, chilli will be added. And I'm sure they are not supposed to eat during the peak hour while serving customers. Date and time of incident. 7th July 2025, time , between 12.45pm to 1pm. Please see attached pic for reference.

Very bad. The quality of the food has deteriorated so much compared to a few years ago. The staff were not helping each other and some are extremely busy while others are extremely free. Seems to suggest to me how bad their management is

Bought some basic noodles from the Claypot Rice stall, elderly Chinese lady staff yelled at me when I took a tray to place my bowl on. Now I can’t even take a tray in peace without getting yelled at? Scummy service with terrible attitudes.

The drinks auntie is seriously rude. She keeps repeating herself and nagging at customers for no reason. If she’s so unhappy, she should just stay home instead of coming out to work. Honestly, it’s clear that EAT’s management doesn’t care about customer feedback, the reviews here speak for themselves.
The uncle selling minced meat noodles gives very small portions, and the noodles are not cooked properly.
Zero star if possible.
There are many places to eat at 18 Tai Seng with cheaper food and better service, additionally you don’t have to clear your own tray.

The food was okay.
The aunty selling pau is very rude. When it’s my turn to order yet she is looking at her phone and keep laughing while ignoring my order. After a few minutes, she responded and take my order but she looked annoyed and attitude was so bad.

I wouldn't say jumbo was really jumbo. It was just a standard size of pork cutlet for the curry rice. Taste was ok.
There are many varieties of foods here like noodle, pao, claypot, fish soup, etc.
Kinda difficult to find seats here during lunch time but the turnover was quite fast.

It was an utterly disappointment dining in at Let's Eat! 18 Tai Seng Ban Mian stall. The food court operation simply cannot manage the demand and result long waiting time. The ordering process is not properly managed; despite making customer queue to order, make payment, and collect food once beeper buzz. It made matter worst when customers noticed the food is not serve based on first-come-first-served basis. What for implementing a queue for order taking and collection via beeper when kitchen is not even following the order tickets to cook as needed. This was the worst food court operation that I have ever encountered. Simply disappointed with Fei Siong management.

Bought sandwich this morning and found out it was moldy after a few bites. I normally don’t like to eat crust so I will peel them off before I eat and I didn’t notice it on my first few bites. Not sure if other ppl got this also cuz this is my first time buying sandwich and definitely not gna buy from this stall again. The customer service was bad and despite being convenient, will not buy from it again.

Worse experience a customer can get. Amazed how come this brand can allow their staff to get away with this and can last till now.
Staff is rude and refuse to have eye contact with customers. Whole foodcourt smells of extreme chronic arrogance. All your staff requires training from top to toe. 小碗面 no fire, ingredients are miserable and no customers still can give wrong order to wrong customer. Koka noodle is just salty with no taste.
We ordered 4 noodles, only 3 were made and the cashier didnt key in the last order. Instead of making the last order immediately, the casher/cook/order taker cooked for the rest of the queue before preparing the last dish. In the end 1 of us had to eat only after entire family finished our meal.
Have been going to centrepoint EAT for so many years and the standard between there and here is heaven and earth.
U lost 12 customers today. Will make sure my family never come back.
