Was there this morning 27th April(Sunday). No other customers in store as it's still early ( 11.40am). The only staff we saw was on the phone chatting. Walked up to him to ask if they carry heavy duty mosquito repellents and he replied so rudely "this is a sports store", while still on the phone. ??? Do you really think people don't know it's a sports store when they walk in
Being very disrespectful. Unpleasant experience.

Had a really pleasant experience as the sales staff was really observant and detail oriented! He saw me browsing through some mouth guard and took the initiative to engage a conversation with me to understand my requirements. I'm a novice and he really took time to explain to me how to mould the mouth guard, also cautioning me that it can only be molded once. Can never ask for a better experience! Good job!

The sales guy here is extremely impatient. When you try to ask him a question, he will already give his response before you can finish. I asked him about the weighted vest, just said 2-3 words he started shaking his head after that, he asked me to open the box and try myself. Then I asked him about another vest, he again started shaking his head even before he can know what I want to tell him.

First visit to Liang Seng today, was kindly attended by Dennis. For a newbie in getting a boxing shoes, Dennis voluntarily explained the strengths and weaknesses on each design of shoes available in the shops patiently! Also, he provided extra mile in getting the sizes that fit us comfortably based on his 11 years of experience. Not only that, he shared a few stories with us relatively, we really appreciate it so much! Definitely we learnt new things today, thank you Dennis! Thumbs up for having you as a gem in the company!

Made my way to the store at 18 Tai Seng to find some boxing gloves and shoes. They have quite a wide variety of martial arts equipment, and the prices are more affordable compared to other places. The sales staff, Dennis, was really knowledgeable about the different types of equipment and was able to recommend the right shoes for me. He even went a step further to make sure I get the correct size and arranged for delivery to my home a few days later since the store didn't have the size I needed. Overall, I had a great experience here, and it made my trip worth it.
If you're looking to get any boxing equipment (especially shoes), you MUST go down to Liang Seng Sports.

I was casually browsing one day and was pleasantly surprised by their sales staff, Dennis. He had great product knowledge and was able to provide good advice on some ankle guards I was looking at. I walked away a happy customer. Very happy with my purchase.
