To the young male staff with centre parting, kindly tell your customers next time while they are ordering that you're prioritizing online orders before them and that they need to wait for at least 15 mins. Not sure what the queue system is for if I'm next in queue but there are 4-5 online orders before me. (Day of service - 18 June)

Waited for 30 mins for a drink. Horrible wait time. Ordered at 1.55pm, checked at 2.15pm and order is not ready.

Sealing machine broke down, the staff poured my drink into another cup and tried resealing again to no avail. At the same time, another staff made a drink for herself that was similar to mine and upon realising that the sealing machine has broken down, she chose a slush lid so that the look and drink is still aesthetically pleasing while looking at my cup of mess, both staffs lack the initiative to do anything.

Service staff not flexible. Want to purchase member - classic milk tea but without pearl. Was told not able to exclude pearl????? What logic? The lady in the photo.

Waited close to an hour for my drink, a basic milk tea with pearls. There were only 5 orders ahead of mine and 4 service staff on duty, working very slowly. To think the guy taking my order actually said that the wait time would be around 10-15 mins. Couldn't be further from the truth...I had to leave and come back to collect my order after having waited for quite some time, and when I returned after 40 mins I was told that they were out of brown sugar pearls (which was what I ordered), and was asked if I wanted to wait or switch to brown sugar gems. I waited and only got my drink another 5-10 mins later. Not just inefficient and inconsiderate of customers' time, but also give inaccurate info to customers.

Prompt service and knowledgeable staff. Sad there's only 1 Oat Milk (Jasmine Tea) variety in otherwise quite a large selection of drinks. Hope more Oat Milk options can be brought in or just offer Oat Milk as a milk alternative for those who are lactose intolerant.

LiHO Bubble Tea this outlet is located at 18 Tai Seng Street #B1-11 Singapore 539775, conveniently accessible by public transportation & Tai Seng MRT. I enjoyed Ice Honey Jasmine Tea, so refreshing😋 so cool to have after my lunch, a wonderful chillax time in this hot & humid weather. The staff are friendly, helpful & attentive, my appreciation indeed to the male staff , he was kind & polite and advised me to join as a member , thank you🤗☘️👏🫶💞
