Visited the store today during lunch time and POS is down. Mei (staff) took initiative to inform the customers of the wait due to system down and prompted customers to consider using cash payments. In order not to hold the queue, she took down our orders (those with no cash) manually and accepted PayNow to her account. Appreciate that she continued operating during lunch hour and patience with all customers! Not my first time at this outlet and glad that the staff here are always friendly and cheerful!

Service so bad. The plump woman who wears glasses treated me like I owed her something. When taking my order she kept putting it very far from me on purpose and i have short arm so i need to stretch abit to take it. This happened a few times times that I purchase from here. When I paid, doesn't say anything doesn't hand me my food. Doesn't ask if I need a bag either. And just dismisses me. If you don't like working here then maybe don't. Seeing attitude like this in the morning makes people day worse. This happened around 945AM. You know who you are. Food is ok I guess.
