I prepaid for products and facial treatments here, but ever since the new management took over, the experience has been **nothing short of terrible*. There were *booking errors* — I even made a wasted trip down for my scheduled facial, only to be told they had *mistaken it for a different appointment*. No apology was offered at all. Later, I was informed they no longer offered weekend facial sessions — something that was never communicated upfront. I was told to either **take leave from work* to come on weekdays or use my credits for *unrelated services* like nails, lashes, or hair — none of which I had signed up for. After being dragged along for so long, I finally agreed to redeem my remaining balance for skincare products — even though they were from a *completely different brand* than what I originally paid for. I simply wanted to close the case and move on. But again, no one replied for over a week. When they finally responded, they backtracked, saying facial credits could no longer be converted to products because weekend facial services had “resumed” — and now they would only allow me to redeem *product credits*, not the full balance. They then insisted on assigning a branch manager to follow up — someone who clearly had no authority to approve refunds or product conversions. What’s the point of that? At this stage, I no longer feel comfortable receiving any treatment from them. I’ve been ignored, pushed around, and offered alternatives that were never part of the original deal. It honestly feels like they only respond to new appointment bookings while ignoring real customer issues. The attitude of the new management is dismissive and unpleasant, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve decided to leave the unused facial balance behind and redeem whatever products I can — and to share my experience publicly on social media to warn others. *Please stay away. Don’t waste your time and money.*
