It has been over three years since the notice regarding the closure of the dispensary was posted. Despite repeated complaints about the outdated information — including the mention of complimentary text consultations (which are no longer available) and an invalid QR code — no action has been taken to rectify the situation. There has been no update, no replacement notice, and no follow-up. This prolonged inaction reflects poorly not just on your management but on the Guardian brand as a whole. It is incredibly disappointing and reflects a clear lack of accountability and responsiveness on your part. Frankly, allowing this situation to persist for years raises serious concerns about your suitability for this role. If I were in your position, I would take full responsibility for this failure and consider stepping down. I sincerely hope Guardian takes this matter seriously before further damage is done to its reputation.
