UPDATED: + 1star as after another email exchange, Fairprice has decided to allow an exchange of item of similar value at the same store. +1 more star as I have since completed the exchange without much issues. Purchased a bag of cheese from this outlet for baked rice two days later, only to realise there’s a HUGE chunk of mould inside. How? It was a newly opened bag of cheese far from the best before date. Emailed a feedback to Fairprice with as much details as I could and they asked questions that have already been answered in my email to them. I can’t tell if they bothered to read my feedback in the first place? There was also no mention of any plans to refund the item, not that I need it, but it did nothing to lessen my negative experience of having a dinner plan ruined. (If anyone makes baked rice, you would know that the last part of that is to sprinkle cheese for baking. Imagine the agony of sprinkling mouldy cheese on top everything else that were already prepared and arranged in place.) This is the first time I have given negative review. The level of customer service is just disappointing.

A really spacious, bright and clean FairPrice outlet that has low traffic, which made shopping relaxing.

The q was very long already on a peak hour but the counter is choosing which customer to serve. I am heavily pregnant and this Cheryl Tan chose other customers to serve and asked me join the long q instead. I joined the long q but they ended up letting other customer to cut q instead. This Cheryl Tan has been giving very bad customer service for a long time. I’m a frequent shopper here but this Cheryl Tan is making me uneasy and uncomfortable shopping here.

ZERO STARS Unable to buy groceries because not allowed to use mom's PG card as she's stuck at home unwell! No more shopping at this inhumane outlet. And we will be taking our $500 a month grocery budget to other supermarket chains where empathy kindness sympathy still mean something. Fairprice go to hell! Instead of helping us in the care of our seniors, this ridiculous supermarket goes out of its way to make life difficult for elderly customers?! To the heartless female Indian cashier who doesn't listen and thinks she's so smart - you will grow old one day. Maybe then you might grow a heart and understand how nasty you were today and how much inconvenience and extra stress you caused.

The Indian lady cashier manning the self-help kiosks is very rude in her mannerisms. Lacks interpersonal skills for this job in customer service. NTUC should send her for training before she offends more customers in this particular branch.

Was there at 6 pm 24 Dec. Normally my go to groceries shopping s at SS. Nearer my place, staff s more helpful n generally prices are lower. But because I ve Fairprice vouchers I d to shop there. I brought my own plastic bags n a trolley bag. At check out I struggled trying to load my bag of stuff into my trolley. If I were at SS, I know the staff would help me load them before attending to the next customer. Note I m in my 60s n one can tell I ve mobility problem Anyway a cartons of eggs dropped onto the floor as a result. No one helped me. A staff passed by n just told me to take care. I wished she d get me a plastic bag to contain the carton of half broken eggs so I didn't have to put it into my bag, thus dirtying my bag. I know SS staff would have done that. Maybe some would say I feel entitled. I m just giving feedback to let Fairprice management know how much better their competitors s doing so hopefully they could improve.

Poorly replenished of stocks especially fruits and vegetables at 8am. Basic carbo like potatoes are not there. Capsicum and other veg left less than 5 to choose from. Even baby formula milk also limited. Please ensure that there are sufficient stocks for early shoppers.

I've always enjoyed shopping here for groceries. It's a convenient walk distance from the Mrt Stn. It's bright, spacious and neat and less crowded most of the time. Most of the staff are friendly, pleasant and helpful!

An excellent place for a quick grab. Though not large but sufficient for the basic needs. Plus point is free parking and easy access of trolleys to carparks. Weekend coffee, anyone?
