To Manager Aishah, This feedback is directed to you as the person responsible for the management of this outlet. It has been over three years since the notice regarding the closure of the dispensary was posted. Despite repeated complaints about the outdated information — including the mention of complimentary text consultations (which are no longer available) and an invalid QR code — no action has been taken to rectify the situation. There has been no update, no replacement notice, and no follow-up. This prolonged inaction reflects poorly not just on your management but on the Guardian brand as a whole. It is incredibly disappointing and reflects a clear lack of accountability and responsiveness on your part. Frankly, allowing this situation to persist for years raises serious concerns about your suitability for this role. If I were in your position, I would take full responsibility for this failure and consider stepping down. I sincerely hope Guardian takes this matter seriously before further damage is done to its reputation.
