Visited the fast food restaurant for a meal. It was during an off peak timing so there were generally no crowds and there were many seats available. The staff recommended cheese chips and they were generous with the sauce as well. The ambience was great too, and the aircon was cooling. Overall, it was a great dining experience for a fast and enjoyable meal.

The spicy fish and spicy chicken combo was actually not bad. Seasoned well and not spicy for Singaporean standards. It wasn't dry inside and everything including the fries were crispy. It was a little warm in the restaurant. Overall it was alright and not that inexpensive for a quick meal.

Staff were inattentive, just do their part without looking at the customers in the counter or ask if needed help. Personally love their fried chicken and fish, found it their batter was flavorful and tasty. The salad was quite good portion for me. Price is average.

There are two self ordering kiosks here but there was a queue on lunch time. Took quite a while to get the order ready though. Food was generally ok. Ordered a cheesy creamy set. Couldn't recall which one but it has fries, chicken, and fish. It has outdoor seats. It wasn't too hot at lunch time. Outdoor but sheltered.

🙅‍♂️ I’m a regular here, usually dining in about twice and often 3 times a week. At this branch, service is impressively fast. However, this comes at the expense of freshness. The food is consistently cold (not even warm), whether you come during peak hours, off-peak, weekdays, or Saturdays. The pollock fish is always cold, soggy, oily, and soft, clearly pre-cooked and left sitting. It’s disappointing considering how often I visit. I strongly suggest management sends a mystery diner to properly assess the quality being served.
