Have ordered delivery from this branch for years, and have never visited the physical store.
Standards have fluctuated greatly over the years, though the most recent order was a miss rather than a hit. The bread of the sandwich I ordered was soggy by the time it arrived. Other times, it would be well toasted and buttered.
Will still order again as it seems to be the only branch nearby.

A very quiet restaurant during weekday night. Craving for fish and chips and taste is generally ok and standard. Portion is ok for the price paid. What I like is having a good conversation as it’s quiet.

Had my late lunch around 5pm today at this outlet. Just right after 3 hrs, I had a very bad diarrhea and vomiting. I believe it caused by the coleslaw or the spicy powder on the dory fish set. Please check the food expiry date ( coleslaw 2 days max) before serve. Not to blame the outlet, but this might happen to others also. Just be more careful on the food

Ordered fried fish with fries, grilled cajun chicken with fries and rice and churros. Chicken was soft and well seasoned. Rice was flavorful. Churros was unexpectedly softer. The sauces for the churros were absolutely terrible. One tasted like diluted watery artificial choco dip while other pink syrup was like cough syrup flavor.

Long John Silver.. my secondary school childhood..
Was walking along.. when I saw this outlet...
Decided to get a bite.
The stall is understaff.
The person taking the order.. is the one packing the panda and grab.
So get prepared to wait especially lunch and dinner time.
My food is over fried by a lot.
... Fried until supposed to be golden brown , become brown.
Fish, chicken and the crumbs
.. all over fried...
Cold slaw... Also a bit cannot make it.
From recently closed bugis outlet... To kallang Leisure now to Tai Seng.
I have never found the taste of Long John Silver that I had before.
Now the cooks...Or the kitchen staffs are just kids.
With little or zero experience...
They think that..
Just follow the book.. throw in oil....
Cook as many as possible...
Then sell...
Just throw inside... Poke until batter drop..
Then just sell... Even when see that food is not up to standard...
Just give.. who cares...
I know is fast food...
But not like this.

Got some takeaway from this outlet for family.
Served by a soft spoken lady.
Store looked understaffed.
Food was warmed when packed.
At home, after my younger daughter drank her sprite halfway, my elder daughter took a look inside and saw the black spots in the drink. Upon in further check, it's some insects. Very unhygienic soft drink dispenser. I stopped my coke. Can't imagine what else. Better inspect Ur drink before u drink and hopefully it's clear to see for yourself. Very disappointed.

I drop by with my partner at this outlet at 1951hrs today. I’ve order 1 meal of 3 pcs chicken meal, sejora drink, clam chowder with garlic bread and paid at the cashier. By served with the an attitude cashier name of Kaenah whereby did not greet us as a Customer. I did ask the Cashier name of Kaenah of the Promotion of buying 3pc Chicken meal of 1 for 1 and she mentioned to me that she DID NOT KNOW of the promotion. She called her Manager and I spoke to her Manager Name of Fatiha and yet she do understand with my question and she gave me the promotion that they have. I’m here to eat my peaceful dinner with my partner and I’m not expecting of a extra free food but By serving from the cashier “Kaenah” who served us with a very bad customer service and an attitude problem which is really not satisfied for me. I hope the cashier name of Kaenah has to be send for the food and hygiene course and customer service course as she DID NOT know how to serve me and partner as a customer. This kind of service has to be improved but sadly it doesn’t make me happy on our dinner.

Have to bring down the rating.
Sprite only felt gassy and don't have flavor.
2 piece chicken meal came with cold fries.
2 piece dory mixed came with cold original fish.
How hard is it to make it right? Or just pure lazy or don't give a damn about serving hot food?

The spicy fish and spicy chicken combo was actually not bad. Seasoned well and not spicy for Singaporean standards. It wasn't dry inside and everything including the fries were crispy. It was a little warm in the restaurant. Overall it was alright and not that inexpensive for a quick meal.

Staff were inattentive, just do their part without looking at the customers in the counter or ask if needed help.
Personally love their fried chicken and fish, found it their batter was flavorful and tasty. The salad was quite good portion for me. Price is average.

🙅♂️ I’m a regular here, usually dining in about twice and often 3 times a week. At this branch, service is impressively fast. However, this comes at the expense of freshness. The food is consistently cold (not even warm), whether you come during peak hours, off-peak, weekdays, or Saturdays. The pollock fish is always cold, soggy, oily, and soft, clearly pre-cooked and left sitting. It’s disappointing considering how often I visit. I strongly suggest management sends a mystery diner to properly assess the quality being served.

I’m seated, still dining as I write this, I have just witness a spillage of soft drink by a customer at the front door caused by a customer and their staff whom I just got to know by the name of Nathan immediately attended proactively to place the ‘caution wet floor sign’ , quickly checked on the customer and even offered a new drink to him. I saw the lack of appreciation from the customer probably entitled to receive good service but I as an eye witness truly appreciate Nathan’s act of excellent service, prompt, efficient and thoughtful towards his customers.

Pretty good experience, food came within 2 minutes of ordering and was piping hot. However, the fish was slightly overcooked and a tad too dark. They didn't give as much of the fried crispy batter things at the side too.

Visited the fast food restaurant for a meal. It was during an off peak timing so there were generally no crowds and there were many seats available. The staff recommended cheese chips and they were generous with the sauce as well.
The ambience was great too, and the aircon was cooling. Overall, it was a great dining experience for a fast and enjoyable meal.

There are two self ordering kiosks here but there was a queue on lunch time. Took quite a while to get the order ready though. Food was generally ok. Ordered a cheesy creamy set. Couldn't recall which one but it has fries, chicken, and fish.
It has outdoor seats. It wasn't too hot at lunch time. Outdoor but sheltered.
