Please note they are only opened during weekdays. You do not need to exchange pass to visit Nikon on the 4th floor. Visited on a Tuesday morning and was served by Michelle. Had a very seamless and pleasant experience sending in for sensor cleaning for my D750. It costs $32.70 and takes 2 hours, however mine was done in 1 hour due to off-peak. Very satisfied with the fast and convenient service by Nikon and great customer service by Michelle. :)

Sent my D610 for sensor cleaning. Staff were friendly and efficient. Cleaning was done within 30mins and they even replaced my scratched screen protector with a new one which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a great service and very affordable ($32).

How is my experience in repairing my Nikon equipment here? All I should say is Nikon is the world's most customer oriented company. Not profitting from my misfortune of damaging my equipment. Their quote for the cost of repairs: music to the ears!

Requested for sensor cleaning service for a D700, and was initially told that the service period for this model has already ended. However, service staff made an exception and get it cleaned within 30 minutes. Counter staff were friendly too.

I brought my camera for a sensor cleaning and after examination they told me that the body was misalign and it needed to be fixed. ( i never had any issue with the camera, i use it all the time and the picture quality is perfect ). But I agreed anyway because I had all my trust in Nikon. The quote was about 300sgd. I was really surprised when they called me back to say that there were apparently more work needed to be done and the new quote was 1200sgd. Kind of feel like i had my back against the wall and didn’t had much choice that accepting the new quote. Being a good customer for Nikon seems to mean buying new gear all the time…they don’t seems to care much about their loyal customer, quite sad after all those years … but i get it, it’s a business… I always loved Nikon, but this kind of bad surprise make me wants to go see somewhere else…

I had a Very bad experience when visiting the Nikon service center to seek help to repair my D90 camera. I admit that it is an old model, but it doesn’t mean that it is not deserved a repair, but the counter staff just simply grab a pass by staff and ask him to check my camera, and just a few minutes later and come back and told me that my camera is not repairable, there is no service standard at all. I will never buy Nikon Product anymore.

Fast service but probably cos there wasn't anyone there during the time I went. Handed in my lens, signed the paper and left. Whole process took less than 10 minutes. You've gotta bring along your ID for changing pass at the reception before you can tap in to use the lift to go to your desired level. Update: Sent in on 10 Nov and received a call on 12 Nov to inform me that the lens is ready to be collected. Came down today 13 Nov to collect it and as usual, whole process took less than 5 minutes and the lady there was very friendly.
