Receptionist was friendly and informative. Walked in to get my arm injury checked out and saw their screening packages. She was able to explain more about it, really knows her stuff! Doctor was really detailed and conscientious, they also have in-house physio that comes in on Tuesday and Thursday. Great experience!

School health checkup, and it felt rushed and sloppy.
Came for a mandatory school medical exam. Staff seemed overwhelmed and multitasking, not very attentive. I wasn’t given clear instructions for the urine test — just handed a strip without a cup, and had to ask for one myself.
Doctor’s check was super rushed: flashed a light in my eyes, listened to my heart for about 2 seconds, quick press on the stomach and done. No explanation throughout. My form even got misplaced twice. Singapore's rushed experience or bad service?
The clinic environment didn’t feel professional — peeling chairs, worn eye test chart, and everything felt like a bare-minimum setup. Felt more like a tick-the-box experience than actual care.
Only here because I had to. Not because I want to. Take it with a grain of salt. Appointment lasted 1h+

Attended by this Japanese Doctor. He is full of passion and is unlike 99% of Singapore doctor. Told him it is so nice getting to knw a doctor that is passionate abt their job. He is unlike other doctor who is in a rush and is very patient. 2 Thumbs up for such a rare JEM. Hope ur attitude and your passion maintains. Dr Yo is a very detailed doctor who knows his stuff and explains well. During my consultations, I can feel he shows concern for his patients’ conditions and has everything covered when making his diagnosis.
It is very rare to find a GP like him.

The doctor was very conscientious in checking the patient thoroughly. He was also very considerate once he knew the financial situation and helped directed us to the right source for expedited and affordable medical care.
One important concern however, is the ❗️leak in confidential information that occurred at the counter.❗️
I am a social service worker that brought my client (minor) for a check up with their NOK’s knowledge. Due to protocol (understandable) my private information (entire singpass, full name, full NRIC) was recorded in the memo for the next doctor doing follow-up. After payment, the reception addressed my client directly and handed an unsealed envelop with all my private details, to the client, with her medication inside.
My client noticed right away and commented on finally knowing my private details.
Perhaps this is the common practice (?) and I was not aware, but the breech in confidentiality can definitely affect work in this field. Caution should be taken for anyone who might not be aware of this practice here.

My friend had a fall and suffered a deep cut from broken glass, so I called down to ask if they had surgical glue as she did not want stitches. The receptionist lady said yes, so we went down. However when I reached, the clinic did not offer glue nor stitches, which was upsetting. Otherwise, the service was good.

Experience was a vastly different one from other panel clinics, and in a very good way. Japanese doc was focused, gentle, empathetic and professional with a pleasant demeanor throughout. He puts his heart into the job and is certainly a rare find. Thank you.

Decent clinic environment and average waiting time. The doctor (Japanese gentleman) was polite and professional. Reception service can be further improved with basic courtesy and manners though. Overall still an acceptable experience.

Dr Yo Masuya is highly attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and patient in all of his examinations. I have had nothing but the most excellent, efficient, effective professional care and commitment demonstrated through all of my visits with him over the years and have recommended him over and over to friends and family. He listens and truly cares - A true exceptional professional! Makes going to the doctor’s a pleasant experience as his medical staff is polite and professional too!
