Dr Masuya is very gentle and knowledgeable. He explains slowly and makes sure he covers every detail about his diagnosis. What a comfortable and reassuring doctor. Makes me as a patient feel more calmed.

The clinic operating hours is between 2-6pm in the afternoon, however they already hanged the “Closed” signboard at the main entrance when I visited the clinic at 5.20pm today. When I checked with the nurses at the counter, they informed me that the doctor already left the clinic, and this was my second time encountered the same issue one month ago, which I feel very disappointed with them.

Overall experience is ok …. It ain’t cheap and they tends to give many many types of Medicine. It’s fine to me if the medicine solve my problem. The thing I can’t understand is that why do they need you to pay for a carrier bag 🤷🏽‍♂️. …

Dr Yo Masuya is very good. His diagnosis is perfect and he always explains it very well. Only few GP do that. Since I have started seeing him, have stopped hopping from one clinic to other. Thanks Doc !!

I visited as the clinic is under my insurance panel. The doctor is detailed and tries to address the health issue thoroughly. The fees may be above average but they are justified by the quality provided. Both receptionists are efficient and professional. Overall would recommend. Visit date 28/03/23
