The dim sum here is excellent, made with fresh ingredients and prepared in authentic Hong Kong style. The shrimp wonton is the best I’ve had in Singapore, perfectly wrapped with plump, juicy shrimp. Service is excellent, and both the restaurant and cutlery are clean. The beef brisket noodle and mixed vegetable rice rolls are equally delicious. This branch surpasses the ones in Hong Kong.

Food is always good and atmosphere would be the same. However the difference in service level by Chin Sian is superb and fantastic. Keep it up

Food and service is good. 4 stars for that. Aircon rather warm. A little noisy But overall a good dinner :)

Food taste is good. However, shrinkflation has set in as egg tarts are getting smaller and smaller. Chairs are uncomfortable due to back rest that is way too low.

Missing Authentic Hong Kong cuisine today. Had red bean and teh while waiting to da bao wanton noodles and dim sum. Service humble!

Didn't know that they have weekday lunch set which cost $9.9 before service charge and gst. It was a good set with dessert but no drink yet. Unusual set from what I usually ate from the restaurant. The foods were good and quick serving. It wasn't that packed when I visited for lunch.

Tim Ho Wan in Shanghai Kerry Centre is my regular hangout in the past. First time in this outlet. Staff accommodated my request to sit away from a busy lunch section. The char siew pork buns are yummy. In fact I was so excited to taste the food that I forgot to take complete photos of the dishes. Food items are yummy. Prices are built for casual dining. Will return.

The ambiance at the Tai Seng outlet is casual and bustling, reflecting its popularity. While it might not be the place for a quiet, intimate meal, the lively atmosphere adds to the overall dining experience. The pricing is reasonable for the quality offered, making it an accessible option for enjoying authentic Hong Kong-style dim sum. The only minor drawback was a slight wait for a table, even during an off-peak hour. This is a testament to their popularity, but something to keep in mind, especially if you're on a tight schedule. Overall, Tim Ho Wan at Tai Seng delivers on its promise of delicious and affordable Michelin-starred dim sum. The baked BBQ pork buns alone are worth the visit, and the wide selection of other well-crafted dishes ensures a satisfying meal. I highly recommend giving it a try! Pros: * Delicious and high-quality dim sum * Must-try baked bun with BBQ pork * Fresh ingredients and skillful preparation * Efficient and friendly service * Reasonable pricing Cons: * Potential for waiting times

Dim sum here is consistent and good. Signature char siew pork buns are a must. The rest of the dim sum dishes were good as well considering it's a 'fast food' style dim sum place. It's also quieter on weekends compared to other THW in malls.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Tim Ho Wan IHQ. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Abby for her excellent service—she was warm, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Great food, great service—will definitely be back again!
