Hardly anybody in the restaurant and after 25mins still waiting. I just order a single burger. Edit. I cancelled my order after 1/2 hour wait with no burger in sight. Not sure how long I am going to wait. 1/2 hour of my life I am not getting back.

Went to order takeaway and the service was noticeably slow. On top of that, I asked for a plastic bag, and the staff told me word for word—“Sir, Monday no plastic bag.” No explanation, no alternative offered, just that. It sounded like a made-up excuse and came off as unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Asked them for less ice for milk tea once and they gave me a half filled cup. Didnt request for less ice another time and they gave me 90% ice. Photo below is the second time i ordered.

I ordered spicy mos cheese but they did not give the sauce. What is the purpose of order the mos cheese, must as well just order the plain cheeseburger. Then I don’t expect the restaurant to deliver just the sauce for me but this has ruined the meal, it’s like ordering nachos with cheese and it comes without cheese. It’s sad.

Rice Gyudon burger meal was overpriced ($9.30) :/ Don't trust how big it looks on the menu. To add fries, it cost additional $4 plus. Also tasted like the KFC fries as well :/ More worth to buy KFC at this point, and the Sukiya Restaurant beside sold a small gyudon bowl that was more than this rice burger for $4.90. There's a reason why the rating is 3.5, ok staff and enviroment, but meals are too small and too expensive.

Too slow better don't buy if not wait long long. Crew do easier order first. Other come later but can get their order first almost 30mins of waiting

Slowest fast food restaurant ever. Wait times of >20 min are usual. The burgers are tiny. Wait 20-30 min, eat 3 min

Took them 30min to serve a meal. I went to inquire, the Indian lady reply rudely and was conveying to her colleague in Tamil in aggressive tone… then she purposely serve my ice tea with a FULL CUP OF ICE, I saw her keep pressing the ice machine… then very little tea… horrible Listing down the time and date so management will know who is bad service (5march 2024, 6:16pm ordered)

Great to have this restaurant in the local dining district. I had the guacamole wagyu burger, small fries and coke. Has an okay sized dining area but in this area will get crowded very quickly. Easy to order via two stand alone kiosks. Service was quick considering the busy lunch time crowd.

A very small and quiet Mos Burger Outlet One of the staff was very rushing to clear my tables, problem she can’t even wait for me to leave to clear myself, but the burger isn’t bad

Its a very nice restaurant in TaiSeng. The staff there are friendly and the food is fantastic. They have very nice Wagyu Burgers, it takes a few minutes longer than normal, but worth the wait. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and will definitely be back.

delicious fish burger ! Chicken burger is good too ! however service is somewhat slow .. may be due to manpower crunch .. all in all , satisfied !

The sole purpose of putting this review is to give compliments to a serving staff name, Sue (hopefully I didn't get her name wrong, she is a Chinese elderly lady) of this outlet. She is the epitome of service with a heart and smile.

I liked the burger. I ordered truffle double beef burger. It was great. Price of the set is expensive compared to other fast food, additional $4 something for a fries and drink. Their ice lemon tea wasn't sweet at all and not nice. Yakiniku rice burger was so small. It not even filling for lunch.
