Tldr if you go in a big group, expect to wait abit. Also, service seems a mix of self service and table service. Big props to Amirul who provided quick and helpful service. Negative point, I ordered a salad as part of group order, but it was one of the last to be served. Dunno if it was a matter of turn by turn or missed out.

Decent crowd on a Sunday evening. Order was easy but service was slow. It was indeed more of a cafe or drink place than a food place. That said the food offering was fairly decent. They even had quesadillas. The satay chicken quesadilla was pretty good. Grilled salmon rice was average. Teriyaki chicken paste was unexpectedly very very spicy.

Service was friendly and food came in minutes. Beef rendang was tender and tasty and not too spicy. Burgers were pretty good though not among the best I’ve had elsewhere. I liked their signature coffee. It wasn’t acidic and had a hint of almond flavour. Staff was kind to provide steamed milk on the side when I couldn’t decide if I wanted milk or not.

One of our favourite places to have a family meal. The laksa and burgers are great. Service is friendly too, Shine is great and welcoming, making recommendations over what to try. Happy to get Rocky Masters membership as we always return here.

Rocky Master @ Tai Seng never fails to surprise us! Service is consistently excellent and the food quality is decent and satisfying. Special shout-out to Suria, whom we’ve known since her time at the Tampines outlet. Her warmth and attentiveness are what keep my wife and I coming back as regulars on the weekends. Had a great experience at Rocky Master Taiseng .A very big thanks to Marlini, Shine and Siti for their excellent service. They were warm, attentive, and made the dining experience smooth and pleasant. The food was delicious and served promptly, just the way I like it. They are absolutely world class!. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming—definitely a place I’d come back to!.

Clean and chill environment makes it an awesome spot for relaxation after long hours of work / classes / studying. Wide variety choice of food, cakes and drinks with excellent quality. My child loves their kids meals too. Cheerful and friendly staff is also a plus.

Had the Signature Breakfast and Pancakes and hot Mocha. The food presentations were nice and taste were acceptable. However, the services were slow, probably due to lack of manpower. You just need to have patience. Visited again on 29/7/23. This time round , the wait was ok, as it was not crowded.
